Grand Marais Playhouse is a non-profit community theater dedicated to providing high quality theater and educational opportunities with and for Cook County residents and visitors.

The theater community, education programs, and productions created by the Grand Marais Playhouse enrich the lives of our citizens; enhance the education of our children, youth and adults; strengthen the economic stability of our community; and make Cook County a better place to live and visit.

Our typical season consists of
March/APRIL - Community Youth Play (Grade 3 to Adult with emphasis on Children's experience)
JULY/AUGUST - Grand Marais Summer Repertory Festival
NOVEMBER- Community Youth Play (High School to adult with emphasis on high school Age participants experience) Youth plays may rotate timeslots
